Terms of service
Last updated October 23, 2026
These terms cover your use of Thanksmith, operated by Suprha SVC LLC(“we”). By using Thanksmith you agree to them. Questions: use our contact page.
The service
Features may change as we improve Thanksmith, and we’ll give you reasonable notice before removing anything important.
Subscriptions
- Each business gets a 14-day free trial, starting when it picks its first location. No card is needed for the trial.
- After that, Thanksmith is billed per location, in advance, monthly or yearly. Prices are in US dollars, plus any applicable tax. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings → Manage billing, and keep using Thanksmith until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- We don’t refund partial periods, including the unused part of a yearly plan.
- We may change our prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a few days. If it still doesn’t go through, Thanksmith pauses: it stops drafting and posting replies until you update your card or subscribe again.
- When an account is paused or cancelled, we delete its data 90 days after it pauses.
Your account and your business
- Only connect Google Business Profiles you own or are authorized to manage.
- Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
- You are responsible for the replies posted for your business, including drafts you approve and any automatic posting you turn on.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Thanksmith to post misleading, abusive or unlawful content, to break Google’s policies, or to try to access other businesses’ data.
AI drafts
Drafts are written by AI and can be wrong. Read them before approving. We don’t guarantee any outcome on Google, including whether a reported review is removed.
Your content
Your reviews, replies and settings remain yours. You let us process them only to run Thanksmith for you, as described in our privacy policy.
Liability
Thanksmith is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Ending
You can stop using Thanksmith at any time by cancelling your subscription, and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
